Participation is open to any individual of any State with proper identification, 18 years and older living in the United States provided such giveaway does not violate the law of the participant’s residence. 2. The act of entering is deemed an entrant’s acceptance of the rules of the Giveaway. 3. We must receive your entry forms by 12 pm eastern time on November 14, 2009. There is no limit to the number of online entry registrations. 4. No director, officer, or employees of C & G Imports, Inc.; Hispanic Business Solutions; Ticketlatino and or member of their immediate family is eligible to participate. 5. We will only give away two (2) tickets per venue. The winner must complete a W-9 form at the time they receive their prize. You don’t need to be present to win. 6. Winner may be immediately disqualified if any of the rules have not been met. In the event C & G Imports, Inc.; Hispanic Business Solutions, Ticketlatino in its sole discretion can not verify the identity of the winner(s). 7. The winner(s) will receive their tickets at the gate of each event. Rules of these games are at the sole discretion of Hispanic Business Solutions, Ticketlatino and Peruvian Motors. 8. Winner agrees to allow C & G Imports, Inc.; Hispanic Business Solutions and Ticketlatino to use his/her name, voice and image for the use of promoting and marketing this event including publishing the winner(s)s photograph in all media including but not limited to newspapers, television, cable, magazines, radio, and websites. Winner’s name will be available to the media. 9. The winner must fill out all required tax information at the time they are chosen as winners. The winner will receive a 1099 – MISC for the amount of the cash prize as required by law. 10. This Giveaway Event is made without promoting or furthering the sale of any product. 11. The decision of C & G Imports, Inc.; Hispanic Business Solutions and Ticketlatino shall be final on all matters pertaining to this drawing whether reasonable or unreasonable. 12. Any dispute arising out of these rules or the Giveaway which cannot be resolved by C & G Imports, Inc.; Hispanic Business Solutions and Ticketlatino as a matter of law shall be subject to arbitration by the American Arbitration Association with the party bringing the dispute paying all arbitration fees excluding the costs of attorneys’ fees which shall be borne by each party retaining an attorney. Any arbitration hearing must be held within 20 miles of C & G Imports headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. 13. The Giveaway prizes is being sponsored by Hispanic Business Solutions, Ticketlatino and Peruvian Motors. No other sponsor or host has control over the prize or the rules. 14. By entering the giveaway, participants agree that C & G Imports, Inc.; Hispanic Business Solutions; Ticketlatino; their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which may result from use of the prize, or by involvement, direct or indirect in the contest. Winner(s) have option not to except the prize(s) at the time they are chosen to receive one. 15. If any of the rules of this event violate any laws, statutes, or regulations, the Giveaway shall be cancelled, and no sponsor of this event including but limited to Ticketlatino, Hispanic Business Solutions and Peruvian Motors shall be held liable in any way. 16. If the event is postponed, the drawing will occur on the postponed date. If the event is cancelled, the Giveaway shall be cancelled and no prize award. |
